What payment methods do we accept?
The following payment methods are available:

My order has not arrived yet, what shall I do?
We use Royal Mail and My Hermes as our delivery agents.
If you have not received your delivery after 7 working days from the day you have placed your order, please follow the instructions below.- Check with other members of your household that the goods may have been delivered to them in your absence.
- Check with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office that they are not holding the parcel for you.
- Once you have done this please contact us with these details and your order number and we will be happy to remedy this with you.

I need to return an item, what shall I do?
All items can be returned excluding edibles. Please call Sugar Brick Road on 01268 570671 to confirm procedure.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact Sugar Brick Road on 01268 570671 before the item is dispatched.
Can I combine my postage?
Yes you can. The more you order the less the postage you will pay.
Once open how do I store Modeling Paste?
Modelling Paste should be wrapped in cling film and stored in airtight container (Tupperware type) and kept cool. Keep any paste that is not being worked with wrapped, whilst modelling.
How long do sugar flowers last?
If stored in a warm room away from sunlight, the sugar flowers will last indefinitely.
