For use in Royal Icing and meringues. Meri-White is a traditional British product used by professional cake makers for generations.

It is considered by many to be superior to fresh egg due to its brilliant white colour, smoothness, and excellent whipping qualities.


INGREDIENTS

Wheat Starch, Dried Egg Albumen, Sugar, Modified Starch, Acidity Regulator (Calcium Lactate, Tartaric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Lactic Acid), Dextrose, Stabiliser (Guar Gum).

Allergy Advice: Allergens including cereals containing gluten.
